Section 3-Shipping Methods
Simsonn have different carrier partners to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
Our main carriers are: UPS (United Parcel Service), DHL (Deutsche Post DHL Group), DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution), GLS (General Logistics Systems), PostNL, Hermes, TNT Express (FedEx), Royal Mail, Bring, PostNord, and many others.
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case: You will not incur additional shipping charges.
Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped.
Please note: We are unable to provide delivery for PO/BO BOX addresses and military addresses, please reserve a house number address, and the products will be delivered directly to your home.
NOTE: If your logistics tracking information stays on a certain date for more than 10 days, please contact us in time, we will investigate the reason for you, if there is a lost shipment problem, we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Section 4 -How do I track my package?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping, maybe some tracking is not available. More information is available on the information tracking page:

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We provide a 30-day period where you can return your order to us free of cost. If 30 days have passed, you are no longer entitled to a refund or product return. The 30 days begin after receiving the goods.
Refunds are processed using the exact same payment method that was used to place the order.
You are entitled to a refund/return if
- Your item is in the same condition in which you received it.
- It is in the original packaging.
- You notify us within 30 days of receiving the products.
- You have legal proof of purchase. You can’t return a reseller’s product to us.
- There are manufacturing defects.
You are NOT entitled to a refund/return if:
- There are missing components once the product has been returned.
- The product is damaged
- There are signs of tampering or alteration of the product.
- Damage caused to the product by external factors such as natural disasters, floods, fires, etc.
- The reason for return is because you missed out on a discount.
We will process the refund when:
The goods have arrived at our warehouse and we have been able to carry out an inspection that all return standards are met.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel the order before it has been delivered, refuse it upon delivery and we will process the refund once the above has been completed.
